Kris Jenner Reportedly Changing Her Name In A Big Way

Reality star Kris Jenner is reportedly changing her name.

As her ex-husband Bruce Jenner continues to make major life changes, Radar Online reported on Thursday that Kris is going to make a major change of her own to her last name.

According to an inside source, Kris Jenner is not just changing her last name — she is getting rid of it completely.

“Kris will only use her first name professionally. She thinks she can pull it off because the entire world knows who she is.”

If the insider is correct, the 59-year-old “momager” and Keeping Up with the Kardashians star will soon be joining the list of other celebrities that are known by one name — such as Cher and Madonna.

Now that she is divorced from her estranged husband, many people might have thought that Kris Jenner would change her last name back to “Kardashian.”

The insider claims that making the change back to “Kris Kardashian” has always been an option for her, especially since she reportedly regretted dropping it in the first place. However, according to the source, the public’s response to that type of change played a major role in deciding against it.

“Kris thinks that changing to Kardashian would be met with backlash. But she wants to be recognized as an independent single woman, and there is just no need to use Jenner.”

The insider also states that Kris Jenner has another reason for changing her name — cutting ties with her former husband. She reportedly does not want to be associated with Bruce Jenner. His alleged gender transition as well as the fatal car crash last weekend “made the decision so much easier for her.”

Multiple reports claim that Kris Jenner denied Bruce Jenner’s desire to have a sex change in order to protect their two daughters, Kendall and Kylie.

One insider revealed to Radar Online that Kris was fully aware of Bruce’s female tendencies years ago and was forced to lie about the rumors circulating about her husband in order to “protect the girls.”

Kris has apparently moved on from Bruce Jenner in other areas of her life as well, including her love life.

Shortly after the news of her divorce from Bruce surfaced, Kris Jenner was spotted on dates with Corey Gamble.
