Sony announces “12 for ’12” PSN sale
With the torrent of game sales we saw back during the holiday season, I’m sure I’m not alone in saying that my backlog has grown to the point that, well, I’m terrified of it–and it’s about to get worse.
Last year, Sony kicked off a “11 for ’11” sale, which offered 11 PSN titles at a discounted price in celebration of the new year–which was 2011, if you didn’t catch that. Following up on that sale, Sony today announced the 12 for ’12 sale, which brings 12 discounted games.
The sale applies to all PlayStation Network members but, as is often the case with Sony’s sales, PlayStation Plus subscribers get even greater discounts (5o% over 30%). There are some pretty great titles up for grabs on the cheap, including Street Fighter III: Third Strike Online Edition, Eufloria, PixelJunk SideScroller and more.
The sale kicks off tomorrow, January 17, and lasts until January 23. For the full list of discounted titles and their new prices, see below.
