Will Chris Brown Behave At This Year’s Grammy Awards?

Chris Brown has a history of bad behavior. Brown has recently had to postpone his “Between The Sheets” Tour with Trey Songz because he didn’t finish his court-ordered community service in time. But with the Grammy’s coming up on Sunday, it leaves people asking, will Chris Brown behave this year?

Brown is said to attend after receiving a nomination for his hit “New Flame,” a collaboration with Rick Ross. The song was nominated for Best R&B Song.

Brown seems to have a shady past with bad behavior at previous Grammy’s.

No one can forget the domestic violence case that occurred between Brown and his then girlfriend, Rihanna in 2009, pre-Grammys. Brown brutally attacked Rihanna, who was forced to cancel her appearance at the awards show.

Then there was the 2013 Grammy Awards. While he and Rihanna appeared together, claiming it was “nobody’s business” about their relationship according to the Global Grind, there was still a lot of tension remembering the incident four years prior.

Also at that same Grammy Awards show, Brown acted like a child and got a good talking to. Frank Ocean and Brown were nominated for the same category in 2013, Best Urban Contemporary Album. When Ocean’s name was announced, the audience gave him a standing ovation…except sore loser, Chris Brown, whose all white suit made him stand out even more, making sure that everyone noticed how he was the only one seated.

British songstress, Adele, caught his behavior, and according to the Daily Mail was seen “staring across at the singer, shaking her head” at Brown. Afterwards, Adele made her way over to him to give him a piece of her mind.

According to the Daily Mail, his reaction to Adele’s talk was that, “Slightly embarrassed, Brown looked like he was trying to explain himself to Adele as he reached out to grab her hand, but the songstress continued to say her piece.”

While there were no incidents last year, many are wondering how Brown is going to behave at this year’s Awards.

Ex-girlfriend, Rihanna is set to perform her new hit with Kanye West and Paul McCartney, “FourFiveSeconds,” and has told friends that she “doesn’t want Chris there,” according to International Business Times.

The source added that, “The Grammys are about the celebration of music and Rihanna has a job to do, she wants it to be drama free so she wants Chris not to be there.”

I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what happens, but let’s hope this year goes a lot better than past years and that Chris Brown will be on his best behavior at this Sunday’s Grammy Awards.
