Kandi Burruss On Getting Used To A Husband: ‘We Are Working’ On A Baby

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss has shared many things on the show, including her falling in love with her husband, Todd Tucker. Kandi has also shared her family feud with her mother, who had a really hard time believing that Burruss would fall in love with a man who didn’t make as much money as herself. Kandi’s mother strongly believed that Todd was an opportunist, who would do anything to get ahead in life and be comfortable.

But Kandi Burruss has chosen to ignore this perspective coming from her mother. Instead, Burruss is now revealing that she has had a hard time getting used to having Todd as a husband. Now, Kandi has to consider both of them before making a decision, which is hard for this mother of one.

According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report, Kandi Burruss is now revealing that it took her some time to get used to being a wife. While they have been together for years, Kandi is not exactly used to taking Todd’s feelings or thoughts into account when making a decision.

“It took a second for me to get used to, you know, having a husband! How about you guys, you know, when it’s like when you’re used to making your own decisions and doing everything your way,” Kandi Burruss revealed, adding, “I don’t even think to ask somebody else ‘Oh, well what do you think about that?’ I’m like ‘Okay, this is what we’re doing!’ Now I have to consider my husband’s feelings, you know.”

But while Kandi Burruss is getting used to having a husband, the couple is also working on becoming pregnant. Both Kandi and Todd have children from previous relationships, meaning there are currently two teenage daughters living in their home. But Burruss wants another child. Kandi was young when she had Riley, so she is ready to have another.

“We would like to; that’s our plan,” Kandi Burruss reveals about their baby plans, adding, “We are working on that right now!”

According to the Inquisitr, Kandi and Tucker have been working on getting pregnant for months, but nothing is happening. They shared doctor’s visits on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and everything appears to be good. The couple has revealed that they hope that 2015 is the year where they welcome a baby boy.
