The Super Bowl Fiat commercial called the “Official 2015 FIAT 500X Super Bowl Commercial | The FIAT Blue Pill | #500X” by FIAT USA is certainly gaining buzz. Published on February 2, Fiat’s suggestive commercial that relates car muscle to a man’s other muscle via a blue pill like Viagra has already gained a whopping 3.4 million views on YouTube. It certainly was the talk of Facebook and the main discussion of other word-of-mouth reactions to Super Bowl commercials on the Monday following the Super Bowl, which proves that little blue pill was a popular thing that those who saw the Official FIAT 2015 Super Bowl commercial certainly remembered.

In the Fiat ad, which is only 60 seconds long on YouTube, a woman lies amorously in bed in lingerie, waiting for her man to come join her and have some fun. The man opens a prescription bottle to reveal his last little blue pill, but instead of popping the blue pill into his opened mouth, it falls down a pipe and travels with amazing strength all around the picturesque town, slicing a bunch of flowers with ease before landing in a smaller red Fiat’s gas tank. Upon landing in that Fiat’s gas tank, the blue pill transforms the little Fiat into one that’s “bigger and more powerful,” and the man who owns the new robust Fiat — a guy who has simply turned his back for a quick second to feed his little Fiat some gasoline — turns back to see his Fiat has grown into something bigger and better with more “oomph” — something that the women around him begin to notice as well.

Back in the original bedroom where the man is now missing his pill and fast asleep in bed, the woman next to him looks awake and frustrated. It’s an effective Fiat 500X ad that certainly has people clicking the play button on YouTube to view the ad everyone else is talking about. According to the Inquisitr, a group of women who watched the Super Bowl ad couldn’t guess that the ad was for Fiat.

However, the Fiat Super Bowl ad is being praised by The Detroit News‎, and MSU professors ranked Fiat’s “blue pill” ad the best of Super Bowl according to the Lansing State Journal‎. The Fiat Super Bowl ad also won big with publications like TheStreet.com‎ – and by the 3.4 million views and counting upwards on YouTube, apparently everyday folks are loving it as well.
