Chris Brown’s father has joined in the spin campaign from team Brown that has so far attempted to blame Rihanna for the beating she received, then attempted to paint Brown as a saint.
“He’s reflecting on this situation,” Clinton Brown told People Magazine, “He’s very remorseful. He’s very concerned about the situation and he wants to make sure that [Rihanna’s] okay.”
“This is unfortunate, this stumble, this situation. Hopefully, he will get past it. We all have our shortcomings. We all trip.”
“If you are on his side, you are on his side. Just because someone trips, if you are truly a fan, you are not going to demonize him instantaneously.”
At long last someone from team Brown seems to have confirmed that Brown did beat Rihanna. You first have to admit to a problem before you can treat it.

why doesn't nobody wanna listen to what Chris has to say. there is always two sides to every story and in any case a matter between two people is between two people, it's nobody else's business. Both Chris and Rihanna is somebody's child. Just think if either one of them were your child, right or wrong would you want everyone saying bad things about them. No, you would not. Therefore, I suggest to everyone to pray for these two young adults because that's what they both need. It is not a time to take sides, we don't know what happened, of course nothing should provoke violence. Chris, hold your head up high, ask the Lord for strenghth and endurance, most importanly, don't look to man for forgiveness. You should humble yourself and ask for forgiveness from Rihanna and her family, but don't expect to get it. But God loves you and will forgive you.
