Salma Hayek’s Engagement is Off!

My primary interest in Salma Hayek’s called-off engagement is the fact that this could spell the end of amazing designer goodies gratis– remember her fiance Francois-Henri Pinault, who happens to be a French billionaire and the CEO of PPR, which owns Yves Saint-Laurent, Balenciaga, and Gucci. Salma’s rep announced in USA Today that “We are sad to announce the engagement of Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault has been cancelled. There will be no further comment,” which might mean that things are serious and that perhaps they’ve even broken up.

I hope we won’t be left guessing for too long. Bring on the super-covert paparazzi snaps to get down to the bottom of this!
