Marshawn Lynch Finally Participates In Press Conference… For Skittles [Video]

Who knew that all Marshawn Lynch, a man of few words, needed was a bowl of Skittles to finally open up to the media?

The Seahawks runningback generally doesn’t answer questions from reporters, and if he says more than a few words, then that’s something pretty amazing.

Recently, however, Marshawn at long last sat down for a press conference with, well, Skittles.

Marshawn’s love of skittles is well known and led to an endorsement deal last year that included a limited-edition “Seattle Mix,” with packs featuring the Seahawks’ blue and green colors that were made available in Seattle.

Answering “hard-hitting” questions like, “If you could live on any planet after you retire from football, which planet would it be?” and, “Do you prefer watching cat videos or dog videos online?” – Marshawn delved into his psyche while munching on nearby Skittles.

His, perhaps, most astute answer came after being asked what it feels like to be in beast mode.

“It feels you,” the Seattle Seahawks star replied.

We feel you, Marshawn, we feel you.

Earlier this season, the NFL fined Marshawn Lynch $100,000 for leaving the locker room without talking with reporters. And at last year’s Super Bowl media day, Lynch spoke only to the NFL Network’s Deion Sanders and Armed Forces Radio, according to ESPN, which noted that he mostly spent time “behind a barrier talking with teammates [and] autographing a football a young fan threw to him.”
