‘GTA V’ Players Have Just One More Week To Get A Free Game With Their PC Pre-Order

While PC players can pre-purchase their copy of Grand Theft Auto V on PC at any point before it releases on March 24 to qualify for free bonus in-game cash, fans only have until the end of the month to receive the title’s extra rewards. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Rockstar Games is also offering a limited-time bonus of a free digital game download to anyone who pre-orders GTA V directly from the Rockstar Warehouse.

To receive a free downloaded PC game from Rockstar Games’ past library, gamers must lock in their GTA V PC pre-order from the developer’s own store before February 1. As the time is quickly running out to take advantage of this special offer, Rockstar reminded GTA V fans via their official Twitter account that only one week remains before the free game offer expires.

“One week left to get a free bonus game and extra GTA$ when you pre-order the GTAV PC digital download at the Rockstar Warehouse.”

In addition to a free game, those who purchase their copy of GTA V on PC from the Rockstar Warehouse by the end of the month will also receive an extra $300,000 to spend inside the open-world crime title. Not only do fans have to pre-order GTA V directly from Rockstar Games by February 1, but only digital versions of the game will qualify for the extra content.

In an update to their initial announcement regarding the PC pre-order bonuses for Grand Theft Auto V, Rockstar Games released additional information on how fans can get the limited free game with their GTA V purchase. Since the offer is only valid with digital versions of GTA V, the developer wants gamers to know that they are allowing anyone who has already pre-ordered a physical copy of the game to cancel their order so that they may switch to a digital download.

To clarify… the free bonus game and the extra GTA$300K via Rockstar Warehouse is only available for everyone who pre-orders the digital download of GTAV for PC (until February 1st). If you previously had preordered the physical version of the game at the Rockstar Warehouse and would like to change your order to the digital download version in order to get the free game and extra in-game money, you can easily cancel your original order and then pre-order the digital version. Act quickly though, as again the deal expires February 1st.
