Farrah Abraham Stuns ‘Teen Mom’ Fans, Debuts Blow Up Doll
Farrah Abraham may have recently suffered a botched lip enhancement, but that hasn’t stopped her from keeping up appearances. Her lips are looking better than ever, and she is at the AVN Fan Awards, where she is signing autographs and showing off some new business endeavors.
The former Teen Mom star surprised fans when she went into the adult entertainment industry. She made a film with James Deen, and initially claimed that it was supposed to be private. Reportedly, she made six figures from Vivid for the film, which broke records the day it was released online. Although Farrah has not shot any more footage, a second film was made with unused footage from the first, keeping her in the adult entertainment spotlight. Now that film is nominated for an AVN Award.
Although the actual awards haven’t happened yet (and it is unclear if Farrah Abraham will win against the other celebrities she is up against), she did win the “Best Men’s Product Award” at the show. Aside from the adult film industry, Farrah also went into the adult toy line and has been successful. However, her venture into the adult world made her comeback to Teen Mom uncertain.
With Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell, and Amber Portwood returning for a fifth season of the show, some wonder if Farrah Abraham will ever return to MTV. MTV did catch up with Farrah at one of her last gigs at a gentlemen’s club in Texas, but it is unclear why they were there. Farrah has said that she isn’t interested in coming back to the show, but as previously reported by the Inquisitr, there is again chatter surrounding the possibility a Farrah Abraham comeback.
Although Farrah Abraham has expressed interest in moving away from the adult film industry, she took the opportunity to debut a blow up doll of herself at the awards.

Does this mean that Farrah is going to remain a fixture in the adult entertainment world at this point? While she still has fans from her Teen Mom days, her new ventures are geared toward a particular audience, one that is completely different from her reality show days.
Farrah Abraham is set to return to reality television later this year, and it was recently announced that she will make an appearance on The Doctors to talk about her botched lip surgery.
