‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: True O’Brien’s Paige Being Replaced?

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that one cast member may be getting the boot. True O’Brien, who plays Paige Larsen on the NBC soap, is rumored to be under fire, which could lead to the actress being replaced.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, True O’Brien, who became a regular face on Days of Our Lives last year, has been delivering a “lackluster” performance as Paige Larsen, and execs are considering finding a new actress to fill the role.

One rumor states that General Hospital star Kristen Alderson is leaving Port Charles as her character Kiki Jerome and could be making her way right into Salem.

Fans have been buzzing about the gossip that Alderson is leaving the General Hospital to join another soap due to the lack of her screen time. Will she run right to Days of Our Lives and take over the role of Paige?

If Kristen Alderson does decide to join Days as Paige then she’ll be reunited with her former on-screen mom Kassie DePaiva, whom she starred with on One Life To Live in the past.

This wouldn’t be the first time that the NBC soap replaced a character. Most recently they switched up the role of Ben, and before that, they created huge waves when they recast the character of Will Horton with Guy Wilson, who took over for the beloved fan favorite Chandler Massey, who won the Daytime Emmy for his role as Salem’s first gay character.

In the past, other big characters such as Bo Brady, Chad DiMera, Brady Black, Roman Brady, Belle Black, Shawn Douglas Brady, Phillip Kiriakis, Austin Reed, Billie Reed, Eric Brady, and others have been recast.

Meanwhile, as fans are waiting to see if Paige will be recast, other Days of Our Lives rumors have been running wild. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, fans are hoping that EJ DiMera will return to Salem, which could mean another recast of the character James Scott made a household name.

Rumors have also been circulating that Peter Reckell’s character, Bo Brady, could return with or without the actor in the role that he originated.

Days of Our Lives’ changing characters is the norm. However, perhaps True O’Brien could be coached a bit, and given a chance to get into some real in-depth acting. Maybe she’ll improve and win over the audience.
