Jennifer Aniston Praises Angelina Jolie, Says People Need To Stop With ‘Petty BS’

Jennifer Aniston is ready to put the Angelina Jolie drama behind her, and maybe has been for quite some time. While people still like to think that Jen despises Angie for stealing her husband (Brad Pitt) away from her, Jen really has moved on. According to Entertainment Tonight, Aniston feels like it’s time to let go of the negativity and just live life. In fact, the Cake actress recently praised Jolie’s Unbroken, and spoke out about the “silliness” surrounding her “relationship” with her ex’s wife.

“I think that’s slowly coming to an end. I really do. I mean, that movie is so beautiful and wonderful and she did such a gorgeous job. I think that it’s time people stop with that petty BS and just start celebrating great work and stop with the petty kind of silliness.”

Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie have been pitted against each other for years, but the truth is that the two women probably don’t give much thought to each other anymore. They are both mature, and they likely both handle being in the same room together without much discomfort at this point. It’s really water under the bridge — and Jen totally agrees.

“It’s just tiresome and old. It’s like an old leather shoe. Let’s buy a new pair of shiny shoes,” she said.

According to Gossip Cop, Jen has moved on just as much as her ex, and she doesn’t understand the media’s need to keep creating problems that don’t exist. She recently said that she isn’t bothered by how her previous marriage ended, even if it wasn’t ideal. She even admitted that it’s not painful for her to talk about.

Jennifer Aniston has always kept it classy, and that’s just one of the many reasons people love her so much. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Aniston believes that any chatter surrounding her divorce from Brad Pitt is simply “media-driven.”

“I don’t find it painful. I think it’s a narrative that follows you because it’s an interesting headline. It’s more of a media-driven topic… [I] just don’t pay attention. There was a period where I was hell-bent on saying, ‘That’s not true, that’s not right, that’s not fair.’ And now I just think you have to let it roll off your back, and you realize, I think everyone knows it’s all B.S. and like soap opera on paper.”

Do you think that the media will ever let go of the (non-existent) Angie-Brad-Jen triangle?
