Will Danielle Staub Return To ‘RHONJ’ For Season 7?

Danielle Staub could be a part of the cast of the upcoming seventh season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

Although Bravo has yet to officially confirm the show’s return, a source told Radar Online that the former star is interested in rejoining her co-stars.

“[Danielle Staub] has been reaching out to the newbies of the cast,” a source close to Staub explained on January 16.

“She is trying to be sweet in hopes that they will like her and want her to come on the show with them.”

Amber Marchese, Teresa Aprea, and Nicole Napolitano, who joined the show for Season 6, following the temporary exit of Jacqueline Laurita and the permanent exit of Caroline Manzo, are said to be Staub’s prime targets.

As for the show’s other stars, which include Dina Manzo and Teresa Giudice, they claimed to be on board with Staub’s return at last year’s reunion special. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean they really want her back.

“[Danielle Staub] knows she has no friends in the other cast members. For example, she knows Jacqueline and Caroline would never talk to her or have anything to do with her. Dina likely wouldn’t want anything to do with her either. Her comment that she wanted Danielle to return likely had more to do with trying to hurt Jacqueline at the time than a sincere hope she’d return.”

Staub was one of the original five women on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but left the show after Season 2, allegedly because Caroline Manzo refused to be on the series if she was a part of it. Now, after Manzo quit the series, Staub is hoping for a comeback — and not hesitating to make her desires public.

“Basically, Danielle is desperate for a return to the show. She’s made that quite clear on social media and her reaching out to the new cast members is an obvious tactic to try to accomplish this goal.”

In regard to her communication with Staub, Marchese confirmed the report.

“Danielle has contacted me. She did reach out to chat. To be honest, she has been nothing but kind and sweet to me. She hasn’t brought up the show unless I’ve brought it up, but she has discussed her experience on the show with me.”

In addition to Danielle Staub’s new relationships with the newbies of the show, she’s also reportedly gotten close to Penny Drossos, who, as the Inquisitr reported, may appear on Season 7, as well.
