Bruce Jenner Transgender ‘InTouch’ Cover Created Using Stephanie Beacham Photo

Bruce Jenner continues to be plagued by rumors that he’s a transgender woman struggling with the decision to fully transition and come out to the world. However, InTouch Weekly just couldn’t wait for the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star to tell his story — the tabloid decided to do it for him.

According to BuzzFeed, the latest cover of InTouch Weekly features Bruce Jenner wearing a full face of makeup. His eyebrows are plucked, and he appears to be wearing a woman’s dress. The Inquisitr previously reported that the InTouch cover is a Photoshop job, and now BuzzFeed has discovered that the tabloid actually created the cover by superimposing a photo of Bruce over a WireImage photo of 67-year-old Dynasty star Stephanie Beacham.

Bruce Jenner and Stephanie Beacham are wearing the same colorful scarf and red jacket in the above photos, and it looks like InTouch even used Beacham’s eyebrows and lips as a model when Photoshopping Jenner’s face.

According to the InTouch Weekly story, Bruce will come out as a transgender woman sometime this year, and he’ll do it on the cover of the Advocate, an LGBT magazine. Hollywood Life claims that it spoke to an insider at the Advocate who said that the magazine “would love to cover the story.” However, the Advocate has denied this claim.

Matthew Breen, editor in chief of the Advocate, issued a response to the erroneous reports.

“I’m astounded that Bonnie Fuller’s Hollywood Life would claim to have ‘all the details’ on Bruce Jenner’s ‘big magazine plans’ because their story is a total fabrication — like InTouch‘s distressing Photoshopped cover.”

Mara Keisling, executive director of the National Center for Transgender Equality, also weighed in on the Bruce Jenner story.

“That anybody is still trying to ‘shock’ people about transgender people is really sad.”

It’s important to point out that Bruce Jenner has never identified himself as being transgender. Most of the speculation about his gender identity has come from nameless sources and observations of his changing look. This includes longer hair, nail polish, and lip gloss.

The transgender rumors first started popping up in December 2013 when Bruce consulted a plastic surgeon about having his Adam’s apple shaved down. TMZ pointed out that this surgical procedure is popular with transgender women who are in the process of physically transitioning through gender reassignment surgery. However, Jenner denied that he was going under the knife to make himself look more womanly.

“I just never liked my trachea,” he told TMZ.

What do you think of InTouch‘s Photoshopped Bruce Jenner cover? Is the magazine’s bullying Bruce and transgender women by mocking his new look?
