Jessica Biel Moonlights As An Entrepreneur, Opens Family Friendly Restaurant Au Fudge
Now that Jessica Biel is expecting a child with husband Justin Timberlake, the actress is taking a page from Timberlake’s book and has decided to open up a restaurant. It looks like Biel is using her impending motherhood to think about her child’s future, as well as other A-listers’ children.
The family friendly restaurant is called Au Fudge, the New York Post‘s Page Six reports. According to the publication, Biel’s restaurant will act as a safe place where A-list families can take their children and hang out without having to worry that their privacy is being invaded. Cooking activities is just one of the things families can enjoy at Biel’s restaurant.
As expected, Au Fudge will reside in Santa Monica, California. It looks like Jessica Biel is making sure things are full steam ahead. Mrs. Timberlake, who’s currently pregnant and expecting her first child with the crooner, took to her social media accounts to share some of the items that will be on the menu.
Biel showed off some delicious looking dishes, including lemon bars. Here’s a look via Twitter.

Biel captioned the image on her Instagram, “Things are getting delicious at our @aufudge tasting! @EsteeStanley & I can’t wait to share these with you… We promise to share. #AuFudge.”
Au Fudge has its own official Instagram page to show off some of its decadent dishes. In addition, the page decided to post the email confirmation they received about their permits. The caption reads, “Be ready to get #fudged soon!!! @aufudge FINALLY got it’s permits!!!!! 4/5 months we will be in business cross fingers!!!!”
If you’re in town in the spring of 2015, you can stop by 9010 Melrose Ave in West Hollywood to check in on the restaurant. According to People, who spoke with a source, “They’ve run into the usual snags and delays any new restaurant owner has, but it looks like they’re on track now.”
Biel is opening the restaurant with chef Vic Casanova, and her business partner, Estee Stanley.
