‘RHOBH’ Star Brandi Glanville Insists Her ‘WWHL’ Wine Toss Was ‘100 Percent Planned,’ Calls Out Jeff Lewis For Not Speaking Up

RHOBH star Brandi Glanville caused a stir when she threw a glass of wine on fellow guest Jeff Lewis during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live. Although the reality star claimed after the show aired that the incident was nothing more than a joke, critics aren’t so sure, and because Lewis has remained silent, it’s hard to know for sure what happened.

On January 12, Glanville addressed the issue with fans on Twitter.

“On #WWHL @JLJeffLewis & I 100% planned to prank @Andy which we told him about after – not sure why either1 of them isn’t speaking up #notnice.”

In Lewis’ defense, he hasn’t been on Twitter at all since his appearance on the show. Andy Cohen, on the other hand, has been tweeting up a storm, but hasn’t said a word about whether or not the RHOBH star’s wine toss was set up.

The morning after the episode aired on Bravo, Us Weekly reported the following.

“Cohen had asked Glanville if she could run her fingers through Lewis’ hair to prove he didn’t wear a toupee. The blonde housewife had refused to do that to her co-guest, but then Lewis made a quip, asking Cohen, ‘Could I get an STD from that?’ The joke didn’t appear to cause Glanville great distress, but when the show returned after a commercial break she wanted to revisit to the topic.”

On Twitter, Glanville claimed the entire thing was a joke planned by herself and Lewis in an effort to prank host Cohen.

“People @JLJeffLewis & I were joking! We are good friends! I turned around cuz I couldn’t stop laughing we wanted to fool Andy! #wefooledandy.”

Over the weekend, as the Inquisitr reported, Glanville’s RHOBH co-star, Lisa Vanderpump, spoke out about the shocking moment, hinting she wasn’t completely sold on it being a joke.

Vanderpump gave Perez Hilton the following statement.

“She was tweeting afterwards saying it was, like, fixed or something. I kind of thought it was inappropriate. Whether it was a joke, it looked like it was a joke that went wrong. I didn’t quite get it, but you know what? I think after all these episodes we can safely say I don’t really get what she does, at all, hence the slap, hence the wine in the face at Eileen Davidson. Maybe, I think where I come from, most people come from, that’s not normal behavior.”
