‘Real Housewives’ Star Teresa Giudice Banned The Gorgas From Discussing Her Daughters?
Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has reportedly banned her brother and his wife, Joe and Melissa Gorga, from talking about her four daughters while she’s behind bars.
In a new interview, a source claimed Giudice recently called the Gorga home, demanding they refrain from speaking of Gia, 13, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 8, and Audrianna, 4.
“When Teresa called, she only spoke to her brother,” an insider close the family revealed to Radar Online on January 12.
“After going off on him for being the reason she went to prison, Teresa began to discuss her children. Teresa told Joe that she does not want him and Melissa to post any photos, videos, or other media content on any social media networks that would feature Joe and Melissa with her children. It comes down to the fact that Teresa does not want them to look like a good aunt and uncle, especially while she’s away.”
Despite Giudice’s request, the Gorgas have no intentions of backing out of the girls’ lives.
“Joe and Melissa have tried to be, and are still willing to be, a good aunt and uncle for the girls. They are happy to be there for the kids while Teresa is away, but Teresa will not have any of it. It was the same thing at the trial. Teresa specifically told Joe and Melissa not to come to the trial. She was scared they would receive positive attention for being supportive of her. Melissa tried to cover this up by claiming the courtroom was sealed so she couldn’t go, but this wasn’t the case. Teresa didn’t want her there and Joe and Melissa respected her wishes.”
At the end of the day, Teresa Giudice’s demands for the Gorgas are only going to take away from her daughters, who loves spending time with their cousins.
“It’s truly an unfortunate situation that Teresa is like this, because Teresa’s kids love their cousins and want to be around them. At the end of the day, this is hurting them.”
Earlier this month, the Inquisitr reported on the ongoing feud between the Giudices and the Gorgas.
“[Teresa Giudice] called many people the night before she went to prison,” an insider told Radar Online. “Two of the people she called happened to be Melissa and Joe. She was insistent that they were partially to blame for her jail sentence, because they came on the Real Housewives of New Jersey and made her look bad.”
“The conversation did end amicably. However, it obviously wasn’t a positive thing to have her pointing blame for her legal issues in their direction.”
The Gorgas “have repeatedly tried to make things better with Teresa, but she keeps blocking them out of her life.”
“For example, when Teresa was going to court for her sentencing she told them not to come. And then they took the heat for not showing up, even though it was Teresa’s decision!”
Teresa Giudice is currently serving 15-month prison term.
