Cameron Diaz And Benji Madden Are Getting Married Today, Go Inside The Festivities
Cameron Diaz is going to be Mrs. Madden sooner than we thought! Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden are saying “I do” tonight, according to US Weekly. The couple, who have only been officially engaged for a few weeks, are bypassing the waiting game and getting straight down to business.
On Sunday, Diaz and Madden hosted their own rehearsal dinner for their impromptu wedding. The rehearsal dinner took place in Beverly Hills for an intimate celebration. According to the publication Diaz and Madden’s bash provided guests with drinks while they mingled before tasting their meals. The dinner started at 7:30 pm and according to an insider the party had stayed at the location for several hours.

As the Inquisitr reported weeks earlier, news of the happy couple’s engagement broke back in December. Friends of the Good Charlotte guitarist told the publication about the engagement, “It happened a few nights ago.”
As for Diaz’s mother, she approves of her daughter’s husband-to-be. “Her mom is a fan of him as well and gave her blessing. Since she started dating Benji, Cameron has changed in a very positive way. She can’t stop smiling and seems much happier.”

Prior to saying “I do” Cameron famously took the stance that she didn’t believe that everyone could be monogamous and didn’t think marriage was necessary to sustain a relationship.
“A lot of people chase after it because they’ve been told, ‘This equals happiness.’ They chase it, they get it, and they find out, ‘Why did I think this was going to make me happy? I’m miserable!’ I don’t know if anyone is really naturally monogamous. We all have the same instincts as animals. But we live in a society where it’s been ingrained in us to do these things.”

Nicole Richie, Benji’s sister-in-law fixed the two up back in May and the rest was history. An inside source told Us Weekly, “Everyone thinks it’s wild, but are so happy for them. Benji tends to fall in love easily, but this time it’s for real and he landed a great girl. They obviously both make each other incredibly happy, and there’s nothing better than that.”
