Breastfeeding Prostitution Ring Shut Down By Police, Adult Breastfeeding Websites Cater To Grown Men Paying To Be ‘Fed’
Details about a rare breastfeeding prostitution ring have been uncovered. According to the Mirror, 15 people have been arrested in China for their involvement in the solicitation of young mothers. Women with newborn babies are reportedly the most popular.
Authorities learned of the bizarre prostitution ring through an investigative report by Beijing News. The report revealed details about the website, where men reportedly pay to be breastfed by young women. Although this type of prostitution ring is extremely odd, the most shocking part is how much men are willing to pay for such an odd fetish, technically referred to as “lactophilia.”
The Daily Mail reports a “wet nurse” averages a monthly income of approximately $2,600 to allow lactophiles to be “fed.” However, some men were paying up to an estimated $7,000 a month for “service” from “milk mamas.” But, apparently, there are several websites that helped link more than 200 men to women in the breastfeeding prostitution ring.
An unnamed 23-year-old woman revealed there’s one website that offers “pure breastfeeding” involving “milk only.” However, she admitted the best way to guarantee “regular customers” is to offer sex. One site reportedly labeled the services as “pure” and “impure,” where “impure” involves sexual intercourse.
According to Shanghaiist, local authorities have been working since June to bring down the organization that started the breastfeeding prostitution ring. Police from Beijing, Hebei, Hubei, and Jiangxi were all involved in a collaborative operation to shut down the illegal activities.
Although many might consider adult breastfeeding appalling, several news outlets have reported that it is highly regarded as a luxury among China’s wealthy citizens. Lin Jiu, owner of Xinxinyu, a company that provides adult breastfeeding services, weighed in on the service some critics have deemed morally degrading.
“Adult (clients) can drink it directly through breastfeeding, or they can always drink it from a breast pump if they feel embarrassed.”
