Is Rihanna Pregnant? Details On Alleged Sonogram Pic Cause Confusion
Is singer Rihanna pregnant with her first child?
Media Takeout reported on Tuesday that the Diamonds singer is more than two months along in her pregnancy.
According to their inside source, Rihanna’s unborn baby is “nine weeks along,” which means that she will allegedly be reaching the end of her first trimester in the next few weeks.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, reports of Rihanna being pregnant with her first child surfaced online earlier this month by the same source.
As a follow-up to their original story, Media Takeout claims that Rihanna’s sonogram pic was sent to them via email.
Media Takeout posted the alleged sonogram picture on their own website Tuesday.
However, a closer look at the alleged sonogram photo raises questions about whether or not it is actually from Rihanna.
While it is true that “R. Fenty” is her first initial and last name, that seems to be the only part of the sonogram that adds up.
According to the measurement, the baby pictured in this sonogram is 15cm long.
If that is the case, then the baby is much farther along than nine weeks. According to Baby2See, the fetus is 15cm when the expecting mother is 18 weeks (4 and one half months) pregnant and the fetus is at least 16 weeks old.
Therefore, this photo (1) is a complete fake, (2) belongs to someone else with the same first initial and last name or (3) means that Rihanna is a lot farther along than the reported nine weeks.
According to the responses and reactions that have been posted on Twitter, many people believe that the sonogram pic is a complete fake.

According to an interview with Glamour magazine for last year’s November issue, Rihanna admitted that she did want to have kids “one day.” However, the Home actress also made it clear that she did not expect that moment in her life to come anytime soon — especially since she did not even have a potential baby daddy at the time.
Rumors have been circulating about who could possibly be the father of Rihanna’s alleged child, but nothing has been confirmed by the singer yet.
