‘Undercover Boss’ Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill Controversial Episode: CEO Offers Breast Implants, Fires Woman Not Wearing Bikini [Video]

The episode of Undercover Boss featuring Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill (season 6, episode 3), proved to be a controversial one. Watch the full Undercover Boss Video – Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill 43-minute, 31-second long episode on CBS. Based in Austin, Texas, the $25 million per year Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill was the brainchild of Doug Guller, a founder and CEO who says his eatery’s focus is on booze, food, sports and sex. Doug calls it a recession proof “sports with a view” business. Guller created “Bikinis” after taking a sabbatical from his job and spying on a beautiful woman on a beach who served him drinks in a bikini, and the thought for his Austin-based company was born.

“We hire hot women. They know exactly what it’s all about.”

The guy who calls his future wife “FMG” — the “future Mrs. Guller” — hasn’t won many fans on Monday, the day after his controversial Undercover Boss aired. Jezebel took the Bikinis CEO to task for offering one of his employee’s breast implants if she continued to do a great job over the next six months and kept busting her butt. The clip that truly concerned Undercover Boss viewers involved a Bikinis employee named Jessica who chose not to wear her bikini top when the cameras were there, and ended up getting fired. That non-bikini wearing act didn’t sit too well with the Bikinis founder.

“I personally look for a knockout behind the bar. When I see that Jessica wasn’t wearing a bikini top behind the bar, I was pissed. The side of our bar doesn’t say ‘shirts,’ it says ‘bikinis’ — I mean, come on.”

In other scenes from Sunday night’s Undercover Boss episode, a couple of women who worked for Bikinis suddenly took off to their lockers, grabbed their clothes and walked out the back door once the cameras arrived. Apparently it was too much to think about grandma and other family members and friends catching sight of their girls on Undercover Boss in a bikini.

Overall, the Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill CEO seemed more concerned with a guy at the bar who was drinking too much alcohol than his female employees, although he did try to convince Jessica to explore other opportunities within the company that didn’t involve wearing a bikini top – but she wasn’t interested at all.

A continuing theme of the Undercover Boss bikini episode showed folks reacting to the CEO’s black fingernails and jewelry, which made some employees nervous. The #EatWithYourEyes motto repeated back to Doug from a kitchen supervisor named Henry made Guller proud – and Henry didn’t bite his tongue in telling the Undercover Boss that they were working without a dishwasher, and that Henry busted his rear to work for a company that gave him a promotion but not a raise. As reported by the Inquisitr, Undercover Boss competes in the best reality show series.
