SEGA offering discounts on iOS, PSN, XBLA

It may be getting pretty late in the month for a sale, but that isn’t stopping Sega from getting all festive on us and launching a holiday sale of their own.

The company announced that, starting today and ending in early January, a selection of titles on iOS, PlayStation Network and Xbox Live will be discounted. For PlayStation Network owners there’s a bit of a catch, however: in order to get the best deal on most titles, you’ll need to be a PlayStation Plus subscriber.

For the PlayStation Network side of the sale, you’ll be able to get Renegade Ops for $11.99 ($8.99 with PlayStation Plus), the “Sonic Christmas Bundle” for $19.99 ($14.99 with PlayStation Plus), and more.

iOS owners will be able to pick up the first three Sonic games for only $0.99 a pop, Golden Axe 2 and Golden Axe 3 for $0.99, and plenty more. Xbox Live members, on the other hand, will only get two discounts: Renegade Ops for 600 Microsoft Points, and Afterburner Climax for 400 Microsoft Points.
