Chris Brown Burning The Candle At Both Ends: Set To Complete Probation In January

Chris Brown is sticking to a grueling schedule, playing shows while working hard to make a positive impression at his next court appearance. The TMZ reports that physical labor is the name of the game, with Chris regularly putting in six-hour days five days a week in order to finish up his court-mandated 1,000 hours of community service.

Brown has a short criminal history timeline that was recently shared by The Examiner. His first felony offense was his 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna. The case caused a media frenzy when photos showing the petite singer’s bloody face surfaced. Although Chris wasn’t sentenced to jail time, he was sentenced to five years’ probation.

The community service Brown is working to complete is the last part of his felony assault sentence. Brown is spending his time in community service doing menial tasks at locations such as government buildings, schools, and community centers. Chores include trash removal, cleaning, painting, moving furniture, and other labor-intensive assignments.

After finishing his community service for the day, Chris often jumps on a plane and spends the evening performing before heading back home to do it all again. So far, Brown has been able to make all of his X Tour Live performance dates, expressing love for his fans and thanking them for their continued support.

Chris Brown is no stranger to hard work. The recording artist taught himself to sing and dance as a youth, getting involved with his church choir and taking part in local talent shows before signing with Jive Records in 2004.

Where will Brown be after finishing his sentence? As The Inquisitr reported just a few days ago, rumors are surfacing that he and former flame Rihanna have been exchanging flirty messages following relationship drama between Brown and model Karrueche Tran. While fans may hope the two will get back together, there’s no saying what will happen once Chris Brown finished his community service, although a trip to the Grammys is on tap for Feburary.
