Katie Maloney Of ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Admits Stassi Schroeder ‘Can Be Selfish, Bit**y And Stubborn’

Katie Maloney of Vanderpump Rules recently opened up about Stassi Schroeder’s selfishness and her relationship with Tom Schwartz post-cheating.

Schroeder “really CAN be selfish, and bitchy, and stubborn, and that can be difficult to deal with at times, especially because I’m the complete opposite,” Maloney acknowledged, according to a December 22 report by Reality Tea. “I let Stassi say what she wants to say, because otherwise it’s like a fight. I don’t take a lot of her bossiness with much severity. Stassi does mean well.”

On last week’s episode, Schroeder was seen demanding Maloney put her foot down when it came to Schwartz’s relationship with Jax Taylor, who made his negative feelings for Maloney no secret. According to Schroeder, Schwartz shouldn’t be allowed to associate with someone who holds such ill will towards his girlfriend.

As for Schroeder’s interference in her relationship, Katie Maloney claimed it was a “sensitive subject” and would continue to be so for the remainder of the season.

“They feel more black & white about Jax, about some of the other people that we work with,” Maloney said. “They more or less took advantage of the situation I was in to really lay into me about it.”

In an interview with Wetpaint Entertainment on December 22, Katie Maloney opened up about dealing with cheating rumors during season three, which the Inquisitr reported on earlier this month.

“I think the reason they switched to the Tom rumors is because they knew the one about me was so flimsy and it wouldn’t stick,” she said. “There was a lot of backpedaling going on. First of all, that’s not cheating. And second of all, if I was going to cheat, do you really think I’d do it in front of those guys? Give me a break. Kristen wanted to prove that everyone is just as bad as her so she was supporting any negative thing being said.”

As for her and Schwartz’s future, Maloney claims she and her man have slowed things down when it comes to marriage.

“We had to maybe take a step back or a couple steps back to reassess and reevaluate issues going on in our relationship and see if we could handle them and move past them,” she explained.

So far, they’ve been doing well. That isn’t to say Maloney isn’t still hoping to see Schwartz get down on one knee.

“I don’t bring up the whole marriage thing too often — he knows how I feel about that — but I also am not going to wait forever,” she said. “If I followed my life plan when I graduated high school I’d be married with two kids already. It’s not bad to have a loose idea but it’s so hard to stick to plans because life happens. I don’t know, within the next year or so it’d be nice [to be engaged].”
