I really fail to see the problem here, I'm mean it's pot give me a break. The fact that it's illegal when cigarettes and alcohol can be bought on every street corner in America is ludicrous, they aren't regulated and they kill more people than any other drug legal or illegal. Cigarette manufactures knowingly place addictive and deadly chemicals in their products each and every day and nobody stops them, they also care so little about human life that their only concern is how to make them more addictive in order to sell more products to a much younger client.

The man's human, let me correct that the 'young' man is human. The only reason he's a role model is because we make him one, if asked I'm sure he would let it be known that he never asked for the title of role model. People need to grow up, it's only pot. I read a jab some where that said something about drug testing and rather or not he'd pass them from now on, anyone who knows anything about cannabis knows it takes months for the drug to build up in your system in order to test positive. Months of every day use, so unless Michael's a regular user which would be impossible with the constant testing he's under they can test him until the cows come home and he'd still test negative. So the pun and or blatant put down is lame and empty in nature.

It's sad because they can't even leave the guys girlfriend alone, is you ask me that's all out of jealousy. I mean she's gorgeous and he's one lucky guy. So leave him alone and get over yourselves, he's an outstanding young man and one of the greatest athletes to ever walk the planet. He's not out there hurting anyone, now I'll admit the drunk driving charge was inexcusable but it also didn't go unpunished. He's young and in a few years he'll look back on all of this just like we all did and feel shame as well as regret for his actions. We're lucky to have him on our team here in the US, let's all take a step back and look at this from a mature point of view.

I couldn't care less about him smoking some spliff. The bigger question is, WTF was he doing in South Carolina?!

Do you think this will hurt his chances of hawking beer for Budwieser? It is really has to hurt his clean cut image he might not be the role model Coors wants to represent its alcoholic beverages. No Jim Beam whiskey bottles in the shape of his head. The bong picture will really limit his ability to be sponsered by a good wholesome product like Marlboro.
