Waving Bear Video Is Ridiculous, Adorable [Watch]
If you were to stumble across a Kodiak bear, the last thing you’d likely expect it to do is to wave at you. ‘Cuz, you know, bears. Waving. That’s crazy. Well, apparently there’s a Kodiak bear out there that does wave, and he apparently loves to do it.
A YouTuber uploaded a video, which was originally uploaded last year, of a young girl waving at a Kodiak bear, and the bear waves right back at her. Naturally, the video hit big on the web, racking up over 1 million views since it went viral earlier this week.
As it turns out, this incident of “bear waving” wasn’t just a fluke; the Kodiak has been waving at patrons visiting the Olympic Game Farm in Sequim, Washington for years. The farm is a haven for retired show animals, including ones who have performed in TV, film and theme parks.
