Capcom Digital Collection bringing eight XBLA games to retail on one disc

If you somehow managed to avoid most (if not all) of Capcom’s digital titles released on digital platforms over the past several years, you’ll get the opportunity to play catch-up when Capcom releases the “Capcom Digital Collection at retail next spring.

Purchasing the package will get you eight of Capcom’s digital titles on one disc, including Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, Final Fight: Double Impact, Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, 1942: Joint Strike, Bionic Commando: Rearmed 2, Flock!, Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3, and Rocketmen: Axis of Evil (including the Rocketmen: It Came From Uranus expansion).

Capcom says that all eight titles will be fully-featured, including the same Achievements from the games’ digital counterparts and, of course, online play and leaderboard support.

It’s by no means a complete package of all of Capcom’s digital titles, but there’s plenty of gems in there that might make the $40 purchase worthwhile for you. So far the Capcom Digital Collection bundle is only confirmed in the United States, however, so everyone else will have to sit tight and await word from Capcom.
