Bradley Stone’s Body Found: Pennsylvania Shooter Died Of Apparent Self-Inflicted Gunshot Wound

Bradley Stone’s body was found in the woods during the search for the disabled military veteran, who was believed to have shot and killed six relatives in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania. The 35-year-old Iraq War veteran’s body was found near his home.

Pennsylvania law enforcement officers report that Bradley Michael Stone died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Stone was allegedly found on his knees about 200 yards from his home, adorned in camo clothing.

Stone’s alleged victims include his ex-wife, her sister, 14-year-old niece, brother-in-law, mother, and grandmother. The 17-year-old nephew, Anthony Flick, is reportedly in stable condition. Bradley Stone is believed to have cut three fingers off the teen’s hand before stabbing him and shooting him in the head.

Anthony Flick was reportedly injured while attempting to protect his younger sister, Nina Flick, from their former uncle, according to a fundraising page established online to benefit the family. A vigil was scheduled to take place at the Emmanual Lutheran Church in Souderton this evening.

The Pennsylvania military veteran and his ex-wife were locked in a heated court battle over the custody of their daughters. The couple divorced in 2009; neither girl was harmed in the shooting rampage. Brad Stone remarried last year and has an infant son with his second wife — neither were harmed during the Pennsburg incident.

After murdering Nina and Anthony Flick, stone reportedly killed their parents, Patricia and Aaron Flick. Once the first series of murders were finished, Brad Stone moved onto a second family home just a few miles away in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. There, he shot and killed his former mother-in-law, Jo Anne Koder, 57, and her 75-year-old mother.

Stone then went to the home of his ex-wife, Nicole Stone, 33. The Pennsylvania military veteran reportedly shot and killed his ex-wife in front of their two young daughters. Nicole Stone had allegedly told her neighbors that she was afraid her ex-husband was going to kill her. Stone then fled the home, taking his daughters with him. The girls were ultimately left, unharmed, with a neighbor.

Brad Stone might have been suffering from PTSD, according to a friend. The Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman, stated during a press conference earlier today that Stone’s current wife and baby boy were staying in a “secure location.” Stone was at large for more than 24 hours — local schools were closed as a safety precaution. Stone used either a cane or a walker to move about on a daily basis.
