Bill Cosby Victim Claims She Woke To Cosby Sucking Her Toes

As the allegations against Bill Cosby make the news headlines thick and fast and a new alleged victim has spoken out. The new victim is claiming that she was drugged by Cosby many years ago and woke up to find him sucking her toes.

The woman, Chloe Goins, said, as reported by the Daily Mail, that Cosby laced a cocktail he gave her back in 2008 when she was 18, while at the Playboy Mansion for a wild summer party. According to Goins, soon after she consumed the cocktail, she began to feel “foggy,” to the point where Hugh Hefner offered her a bedroom in the mansion to lay down in.

Bill Cosby was allegedly the one to show Goins to the empty bedroom, as she recounted to reporters, “Then Bill offered to show me the room, he said he knew the way. He seemed nice and I don’t remember feeling nervous or that it was weird,” she said.

But some time later, Goins recalls, she awoke to find her toes in Cosby’s mouth, being licked, “I came to and remember seeing this big man crouched over me. It was Bill Cosby and he was at my feet, kind of licking and kissing them and I think he bit my toe as that’s what woke me up. I kind of thank God for that because that’s what woke me up and I came to.”

Goins continued, “‘I was shocked, I said, ‘hey, what’s going on,’ he didn’t really say anything, didn’t explain anything or give a reason. He jumped up, pulled his pants back up quickly and left. He had seen that I was alert and bolted out of there, I was left in the room by myself,” she alleged.

As well as the toe licking, Goins said she remembers that her whole body felt moist, as if she had been groped and licked in other places,

“I remember waking up and feeling moist all over, like he had been licking all over me. He wasn’t on my breasts when I woke, but I could feel, you know, the saliva on them and that he’d been licking on me. I felt embarrassed, it was a gross, icky feeling, I felt very violated and humiliated.”

It may now be the case, as reported by the Hollywood Reporter, that Goins’ story falls within California’s criminal statute of limitations, although it’s not entirely clear if it in fact does, due to the fact that Goins said she wasn’t actually raped, only “inappropriately touched,” by Bill Cosby.
