Jennifer Lopez Reaching New Broadway ‘Heights’?
Jennifer Lopez is rumored to be heading to Broadway, or at least planning on it, according to Page Six. Two insiders came to the gossip rag to say that J Lo’s got her sights set on “In the Heights,” a musical about Washington Heights. Jennifer was seen heading out to dinner last week with the show’s producer Meryl Poster, where they supposedly “discussed roles”– and this was after Jen saw the show twice. Another insider to believe that she’s hoping to land a role in the movie version, which will be less “time consuming.”
Page Six pointed out that “Poster also produced the screen version of Chicago.” Even though Jennifer’s rep said that she wasn’t “Broadway bound” in response to the rumors, who knows? It does seem like a good step for her!
