WWE News: Randy Orton Return Date Revealed

It looks like WWE has finally decided on a return date for Randy Orton, as Orton is advertised to appear on the December 29 installment of Monday Night RAW.

Orton, who has been out of action since November 3, was originally scheduled to make his WWE return at Survivor Series on November 23, in Orton’s hometown of St. Louis, Missouri, but WWE decided to have Sting debut in Orton’s place at the event.

WWE fans have predicted that Randy Orton would return at next Sunday’s WWE TLC pay-per-view, and cost Seth Rollins his match against John Cena, and that still could happen. However, the only show, as of right now, that Orton is being advertised for is the December 29 episode of RAW.

Orton’s return date is subject to change of course, as WWE could have Orton back whenever they want to, as Orton is now done with his Condemned 2 obligations.

WWE will be getting a couple of much needed returns this month, as Randy Orton, Roman Reigns, and Brock Lesnar are all scheduled to be making their returns to WWE television within the next couple of weeks.

Orton, Lesnar, and Reigns will definitely breathe some life into the WWE television, as it seems that WWE has just been buying time over the past couple of weeks until Orton, Reigns, and Lesnar return.

Brock Lesnar was originally scheduled to return to WWE television during next Monday’s pre-TLC RAW. However, Lesnar’s return was pushed back until the post-TLC RAW on December 15, where he will likely begin building to his next match with John Cena.

At the Survivor Series pay-per-view, Roman Reigns was interviewed, and claimed that he’d be returning to WWE later this month. Reigns, who is scheduled to return to WWE’s house show tour on December 26, could be making his return on the December 22 episode of RAW.

With Lesnar returning on December 15, Reigns possibly returning on December 22 and Orton returning on December 29, it’s likely that WWE will have some pretty good shows lined up for WWE fans in the final three weeks of December.

Once again, all of these return dates are subject to change. Roman Reigns could make his WWE return at TLC instead of Orton, and cost Seth Rollins his tables match with John Cena.

As of right now, it looks like Randy Orton is going to be making his WWE return on December 29, where he’ll likely seek revenge on Seth Rollins.
