Teresa Giudice Lawsuit Angers Joe’s Former Business Partner, He Calls ‘RHONJ’ Stars “Bull-Sh***ers”

Teresa Giudice recently filed a lawsuit against her lawyer, claiming it was his fault she received a 15-month sentence for fraud. Days later, her husband’s former friend and business partner spoke out, claiming the lawsuit was “typical” behavior from the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple.

“They always blame others for their frauds,” Joe Mastropole told Radar Online on December 5.”That’s typical of them. They use their lawyers and accountants [as fall guys].”

In 2011, Mastropole was awarded a $260,000 judgment after Teresa Giudice’s husband, Joe, was found guilt of forging his name on a mortgage document in order to pocket $1 million.

Earlier this week, as reported by the Inquisitr, Giudice filed a $5 million lawsuit against her attorney, Jim Kridel, claiming his work on her case is the real she was found guilty and sentenced to jail time.

According to a TMZ report, Teresa Giudice claimed in her lawsuit that Kridel “was a slacker who never even met with her prior to filing bankruptcy docs. She also says he was sloppy as hell, not bothering to list key assets such as her cars, her rental property income, and various bank accounts.”

“Giudice claims he’s the reason she got nailed with bankruptcy fraud and that’s why she’s going to prison for 15 months. Teresa says it’s a classic case of malpractice, and she wants minimum $5 mil. By the way… if you see any stories later today saying she’s suing for $15 mil… that’s wrong. She makes the same claim three times.”

“They’re bull-sh**ters. They’re horrible people. I don’t know how they live with themselves,” Mastropole continued to Radar Online, revealing he has not yet seen the $420,902.60 Teresa Giudice’s husband owes him in estate debt.

In addition to Giudice’s 15-month prison sentence, she and Joe were ordered to pay more than $400,000 in restitution, which has Mastropole wondering how the Giudices can afford to sue Kridel.

“Where are they getting the money for that? They should take that money they’re using to sue the lawyer and pay their debts!” Mastropole said. “The lawyer that they’re using to sue the other lawyer, if it’s not a favorable decision they will probably sue that lawyer also!”

Looking back, Mastropole says he regrets going after the Giudices for Joe’s reported fraud. “I’m out about $400,000 in attorney fees,” he said. “I’ll probably never get my money. I was better off letting them rip me off and not hiring my attorney. I should have just walked away.”

As the Inquisitr reported, Teresa Giudice will likely return to The Real Housewives of New Jersey after her prison term is complete.
