Nina Dobrev Spends Holidays With Chace Crawford — Over Ian Somerhalder?

Nina Dobrev might finally be over ex-boyfriend Ian Somerhalder. The Vampire Diaries star spent the Thanksgiving holiday with former Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford, and the two looked happy to be sharing the day together.

According to Hollywood Life, Nina Dobrev’s Thanksgiving day with Chace Crawford sparked serious rumors that the pair may be dating, and could be one of Hollywood’s hottest new couples.

While many fans would love to see Nina and Chace get together, sources reveal that they’re just friends and nothing more.

“They are just friends. He is too high maintenance for her and she is too much of a tom boy for him. [They are] perfect for a friendship but nothing more.”

However, as previously reported by the Inquisitr, Nina Dobrev may have moved on from her Vampire Diaries co-star Ian Somerhalder with someone else, his friend Mark Foster.

Nina and Mark have allegedly been dating, which could cause some problems between Dobrev and Somerhalder who are already having issues on the set of The Vampire Diaries due to Ian dating Nina’s former friend, Nikki Reed.

Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that Nina Dobrev and Mark Foster’s relationship is heating up, and that the two are actually thinking about a long term relationship together.

In fact, the report suggests that Dobrev may even be ready to settle down with Foster and consider marriage and even children with the Foster The People singer.

Meanwhile, Nina Dobrev has been seemingly focused on her career, as well as spending a ton of time with her friends, which includes bestie Jessica Szohr.

“It’s really great for Nina to have someone to talk to that can understand what she’s going through with Ian. Jessica had to work with Ed [her Gossip Girl co-star] when they were broken up so she totally gets all the weird feelings that go with it.”

Other celebrities have also had the challenge of working with their exes on television shows after a break up. In fact, another CW Network couple, Sophia Bush and Chad Michael Murray, continued to work together on One Tree Hill long after they married and divorced, and managed to keep their relationship professional for the good of the popular show.

While Nina Dobrev may be dodging dating rumors and gossip about her rocky relationship with Ian Somerhalder, it seems she’s surrounding herself with people that make her happy and help her forget about the stress in her life.
