Busta Rhymes Falls Off Stage And Suffers Minor Head Injury

Busta Rhymes fell off stage and suffered a minor head injury during an O.T. Genasis performance in New York’s Webster Hall.

The 42-year-old rapper was making a surprise appearance on stage, when while head-banging, he accidentally fell forward into the crowd and injured his head.

Busta emerged from the crowd with a gash in his head and blood running down his face, but appeared alright for the most part. And according to TMZ, he was taken backstage for medical attention and did not return to the stage.

Following the incident, the hip hop icon took to twitter to reassure fans of his well-being, stating that he has suffered far worst injuries during his career – and gave a shout out to O.T. Genasis for making a record powerful enough for him to “bust his ass.”

Busta’s next performance will be on New Year’s Eve for Dubai’s #DXBNYE alongside Pharrell Williams and Charli XCX.

His raps will be accompanied by Burj Khalifa fireworks during the star-studded and faraway holiday event.

Busta Rhymes rose to fame in 1996 with the album The Coming, and has since earned multiple Grammy nominations for his work.
