Actor Shia LaBeouf Makes Shocking Claim That He Was Raped By A Woman

Shia LaBeouf has become more known for his problems in the last few years than for his acting, and now the actor has made the shocking claim that he was raped by a woman during a recent magazine interview. USA Today has reported that LaBeouf’s shocking claim was made during an interview with Dazed and Confused magazine for their Winter 2014 issue.

LaBeouf claims the incident took place last February at the #IAMSORRY performance art show in Los Angeles. He described the sexual assault during the interview and how it affected him.

“One woman who came with her boyfriend, who was outside the door when this happened, whipped my legs for ten minutes and then stripped my clothing and proceeded to rape me… There were hundreds of people in line when she walked out with disheveled hair and smudged lipstick. It was no good, not just for me but her man as well.”

In the article, he goes onto describe how the claim of rape affected his relationship with his girlfriend, actress Mia Goth.

“On top of that my girl was in line to see me, because it was Valentine’s Day and I was living in the gallery for the duration of the event — we were separated for five days, no communication. So it really hurt her as well, as I guess the news of it traveled through the line. When she came in she asked for an explanation, and I couldn’t speak, so we both sat with this unexplained trauma silently. It was painful.”

The Los Angeles Times reported that they checked with the LA Police Department to see if the shocking alleged incident was reported to them, but a spokeswoman for the department reported that there haven’t been any claims involving LaBeouf reported to the LAPD. However, even if an incident had been reported, it is against department policy to release the names of rape victims.

Not everyone believes LaBeouf’s shocking claim of being raped by a woman. Journalist Piers Morgan has gone public with his disbelief in the validity of the claim by posting about the shocking claim on Twitter.

LaBeouf’s claim is being dismissed by others because of his erratic behavior and claims as of late, especially about being converted to Christianity during filming Fury with Brad Pitt and about his joining the National Guard. The Inquisitr reported about LaBeouf’s claim about Pitt helping him to find God during the filming of their World War II movie.

What is your take on LaBeouf’s shocking claim? Do you think it is real or a publicity stunt like Piers Morgan suggests?
