Val Chmerkovskiy, Janel Parrish Dating: ‘DWTS’ Duo Caught Holding Hands In NYC

Val Chmerkovskiy and Janel Parrish were spotted holding hands in New York City this week, making those dating rumors hang around. According to Hollywood Life, the Dancing with the Stars duo were spotted in the Big Apple on Wednesday, walking hand-in-hand through the snowy streets.

“Talk about major PDA! The actress was smiling from ear-to-ear as she and Val made their way through the first snowfall of the year in New York. They have yet to admit that they are dating but they have been packing on the PDA over the past few days. Either they want everyone to think they are dating so they can continue to ride out their ‘DWTS’ fame or they really are in love!” Hollywood Life reports.

Val Chmerkovskiy and Janel Parrish finished in third place on Season 19 of Dancing with the Stars. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the two got very close over the last several weeks, and their relationship was not something that was just going to end after the show wrapped. However, the two still deny that they are romantically involved with one another. According to AOL, Val attempted (once again) to answer the ever-present dating question… but fans still aren’t convinced.

“Are you and Val dating or what?… This is awkward… Uh, yes, no, what is it?… This is an arranged marriage. This is not dating,” Val said on the show’s finale.

Val Chmerkovskiy and Janel Parrish are still going to be spending some time together because they are going to be dancing together on the Dancing with the Stars tour, which starts after Christmas. According to the official tour site, there are 40 tour dates across the U.S., with the final stop being in Los Angeles on February 15. Janel won’t be at every stop, however, as she has to work on Pretty Little Liars back in Los Angeles. She did say that she will be making “a few cameo appearances.”

Naturally, fans want to know what will become of Janelskiy post-DWTS. According to Access Hollywood, the two say that they plan to stay in touch, but Val will be heading back to New York after all is said and done. Apparently he won’t be moving to LA to be closer to Janel… so there’s that. Perhaps the long distance thing will work for these two… who knows?
