‘The Voice’ Has A Bottom Three—Guess Who’s Probably Headed Home?

Last night on the The Voice, the remaining ten singers put their vocal talents on the line for a shot at surviving for another week.

The Voice fans were gifted some memorable performances, and thankfully there wasn’t anyone who was truly terrible.

However, the Voice audience already has their favorites, so good or not, some people seem destined to head home.

Before we get to the very likely bottom three to sing for their lives on the next episode of The Voice, let’s look at who’s NOT headed home.

Craig Wayne Boyd had what was unarguably his strongest performance of the entire seventh season.

He did a rather romantic modern-day take on the Johnny Cash classic, “I Walk The Line”.

It was such an impressive effort that it did for Boyd what last week’s “Take Me To Church” did for Matt McAndrew.

As of right now Boyd is sitting at #6 on the iTunes songs chart.

If he stays there until The Voice ends voting at 12 p.m. (which is highly likely), then he enjoys a major results bonus on top of the foregone conclusion that he’s most definitely safe from elimination.

Speaking of Matt McAndrew, this Voice hopeful is also likely safe from being sent home this week.

Although his version of Coldplay’s “Fix You” didn’t have the effect of his previous song, it still managed to rise to #29.

At #28 is Taylor John Williams, who put on a soulful (and hat-less) performance of “Come Together” during the The Voice.

Based on the response from the paying Voice audience members, these three are the easiest to write off as not going anywhere, and possibly not for some time.

So…who is likely at risk of heading home this week?

That becomes painfully obvious when you scroll down the iTunes list and see who failed to crack the top 100 on the songs chart.

Based on sales alone, your bottom three will likely be Reagan James (#138), Anita Antoinette (#154) and Ryan Sill (#185).

Remember last week on The Voice, Reagan James fell into the bottom three in terms of sales. However, she still evaded the official bottom by having more votes than former Voice teammate Jessie Pitts.

Unfortunately for James, there is a shrinking pool of women contestants against who she will fare better.

It may be this week that determines who is more popular between Reagan James and DaNica Shirey at the moment.

Of the remaining guys, only Ryan Sill is possibly weaker than she is in terms of popularity with the Voice audience.

The only thing that can save Sill from featuring in the Voice bottom three is if America decides to put all three women in the bottom this week.

While it’s not impossible, it’s highly unlikely.

All three women left on The Voice have enjoyed enough votes to make it cleanly to the next show.

Although Sill was able to sing for his life last week, it was against two women who (1) were not picked by The Voice audience and (2) clearly weren’t as popular as the other women who made it to the Voice top 10.

Given the obvious popularity of the majority of the remaining male contestants, we’re likely going to experience some major deja vu in terms of Ryan Sill being in the bottom three against two women.

If the two women prove that they are indeed more popular than he is, he may be headed home.

If not, we might have a Top 8 on The Voice with only one woman next week.

If Ryan Sill manages a miraculous save this week, it will be the end of the road for him next week.

He’s just not as popular as the other remaining guys.

But luckily for whoever is eliminated this week on The Voice, it’s not necessarily a permanent situation.

In a new twist, all eliminated members of The Voice from the Top 12 forward will return one last time to sing for a chance at a 4th place competitive spot.

Who made YOUR bottom three this week on The Voice? Who do you think will be leaving and why?
