‘Gotham’ Spoilers, Return Date: Bruce, Selina On The Run In ‘LoveCraft’ Fall Finale
The fall finale of Gotham airs Monday night on Fox, and fans are anxious to see what’s going to happen. This episode is titled “LoveCraft,” and there are some big events ahead. What Gotham spoilers are available for the November 24 episode? When will the show return after the winter hiatus?
TVLine teases Gotham spoilers that in “LoveCraft,” Gordon will end up being reassigned to the Arkham Asylum after some sort of misstep. In addition, Selina and Bruce are desperate to evade assassins trying to kill her and they take off on a dangerous journey through Gotham to try to stay safe.
Photos from the network indicate that Detective Harvey Bullock and Alfred Pennyworth will have to work together to interview a suspect tied to Selina and Bruce’s disappearance. In another part of the episode, Detective James Gordon and Harvey Dent will be reprimanded by the mayor. Also, Ivy Pepper is back.
A Gotham spoiler sneak peek shared via the show’s Facebook page shows Gordon and Dent butting heads over the current state of things. Gordon is livid that assassins are after Selina and Bruce, and he wants to know how the killers tracked the kids down. He soon learns just what Harvey did that set the stage for things to play out this way.
TV Guide shared some additional Gotham spoiler tidbits regarding the Season 1 fall finale. Alfred is faced with a difficult challenge when assassins hit Wayne Manor looking for Selina. Though Alfred tries to keep Selina and Bruce safe, they end up on the run and alone.
This prompts Alfred to ask the police for help, setting up the scenes with Alfred and Bullock together. They will check in on Fish Mooney, looking for help. She’s resistant to do anything to assist them when she thinks they’re just looking for Selina and using her to scare Lovecraft. However, when Fish learns that Bruce is with Selina, it seems she may need to change her tune regarding her willingness to help.
Fans have really taken to this new Fox show, and they were thrilled to hear recently that the network had picked up six additional episodes. Season 1 will end up being a full 22 episodes, and fans are wondering when new episodes will pick up after the winter hiatus. Luckily it seems they won’t have to wait all that long. According to the Futon Critic, new Gotham episodes begin again on Monday, January 5.
