Why Does Kendall Jenner Feel Like Hannah Montana?

Kendall Jenner is best known for being on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. These days, though, Kendall is trying to make her better known for walking down the runway. In an effort to distance herself from her famous family, the aspiring model has even gone as far as to drop the Jenner from her name. In a recent interview, she also stated that she doesn’t like her famous sisters coming to her fashion shows, but revealed that it is a “mutual agreement.” With so much changing in her life, it makes sense that Kendall feels like Hannah Montana.

Hannah Montana, of course, was the title character played by Miley Cyrus on the Disney Channel. On the show, Miley played one character that was living a double life. On one hand, normal Miley went to school each day, but at night she transformed into a singing superstar. The only problem was nobody at school (other than her best friend) knew her secret. While Kendall Jenner isn’t necessarily keeping a secret from anyone, she admits to E! that it is hard to balance her new career ambition with being known as a girl from Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

“It’s definitely two different worlds. I feel like Hannah Montana. But it’s fun.”

Despite feeling like she is living two different lives, Kendall is doing a great job balancing both worlds. She has already modeled some of the most famous fashion lines on the runway, and she is now the new face of Estée Lauder. Her influence has been noticeable already with the former reality show star gaining the cosmetic brand nearly 50,000 new Instagram followers.

Obviously social networking is important these days and there is no doubt that Kendall Jenner has social media power. On Twitter she boasts over 9 million followers, and has 16 million on Instagram. It is easy to see how she was able to boost the numbers on the cosmetic brands social media so quickly.

With her modeling career taking off, Kendall is ready to take the fashion world by storm. Sure, being a part of Keeping Up with the Kardashians likely helped her out a little bit, but being known as the Kardashians little sister can also make things harder. It doesn’t help that many people believe Kendall is getting work because of her famous ties so she has had to work twice as hard.

Recently, Kendall Jenner has also been plagued with rumors that she is dating Justin Bieber. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Kendall has denied these claims, but that hasn’t stopped the rumors from swirling.
