Uncle Poodle Reveals Disturbing Details About June Shannon’s Relationship With Convicted Sex Offender
Lee Thompson, AKA Uncle Poodle, has revealed disturbing details about June Shannon’s relationship with a convicted child molester. Shannon is accused of having a romantic relationship with Mark Anthony McDaniel and allowing him to spend time with her children — including Honey Boo Boo. In 2004, McDaniel was convicted of sexually molesting Shannon’s daughter Anna, who was only 8-years-old.
McDaniel was convicted and sentenced to 10 years in prison. Although he was released earlier this year, he is required to register as a sex offender. Despite his conviction and current status, he and Shannon have reportedly rekindled their relationship.
The original story, which was published by TMZ, was accompanied by several disturbing photos. In one of the more revealing photos, Shannon and McDaniel are sharing a bed. June Shannon originally denied the allegations, stating that she and McDaniel had not spoken in 10 years. She later admitted spending time McDaniel following his release from prison.
In an interview with Dr. Phil, Shannon confessed to meeting McDaniel on two occasions. However, she said their relationship is strictly platonic. Mama June said the photos were clearly faked, as she and McDaniel have not shared a bed in over a decade.
As reported by International Business Times, Dr. Phil “did not believe what she had to say.” In fact, Dr. Phil accused June Shannon of “making really bad choices,” which could bring harm to her children.
Lee Thompson has now confirmed Dr. Phil’s suspicions. Uncle Poodle claims he witnessed Mama June’s interactions with McDaniel, which included copious amounts of kissing and snuggling. In his opinion, Shannon is clearly having a sexual relationship with the convicted child molester.
During a recent interview, Uncle Poodle confirmed that the TMZ photos were in fact real. Even more disturbing, he claims the couple shared the bed with Honey Boo Boo. As reported by Huffington Post, Uncle Poodle was not aware that McDaniel was a convicted sex offender until after the incident occurred.
“The truth… June is lying… It kind of ticked me off that she would take a 9-year-old around a guy who molested her daughter 10 years ago.”
Uncle Poodle also revealed that June Shannon and Mark McDaniel openly “discussed their sexual escapades” in front of Honey Boo Boo. Although the discussion reportedly “got graphic,” the 9-year-old girl simply giggled. As reported by CafeMom, Uncle Poodle agreed to take a lie detector test, which he passed “with flying colors.”
Mama June Shannon continues to deny any wrongdoing. She also claims her children remain her top priority. Uncle Poodle said Mama June is lying and he is terribly concerned for her children’s welfare.
