Ozzy Osbourne Calls For Drug Dealers To Be Executed: ‘They’re Selling Death’

Ozzy Osbourne is a name long associated with hard drug abuse and alcoholism, so it’s something of a surprise to hear that the born again teetotaller has something of a zero tolerance approach when it comes to drug dealers.

Not one to beat around the bush, Ozzy announced in a recent no-holds barred interview with Classic Rock, that although it’s wrong to put drug addicts in jail it’s OK to give drug dealers the death sentence.

“I now call cocaine ‘bullsh*t powder,’ because it makes you feel that everyone’s wonderful, that you’re wonderful and you can solve the problems of the world. But it’s an illusion. I did plenty of it for years. And I’m not proud of that. I think it’s wrong that they put addicts in jail, because it’s an illness. Pushers of heroin and hard drugs should be executed because it’s an attempted murder. They’re selling death.”

The man who once pi*sed on the Alamo and was partial to dressing up as a satanic butler, has obviously realized somewhere in the new dawn of his hard won sobriety that personal responsibility for one’s actions isn’t as important as playing the blame game is.

It’s not revealed if Ozzy’s vision of slaughtering drug dealers extends to the CEO’s of alcohol and tobacco companies, but later on in the interview Chairman Ozzy also cheerfully admits that he is cursed with an addictive personality.

“You can’t do something stupid twice and expect a different outcome. A stupid thing will always have a stupid result. I’m one of those people who goes, ‘Well, I’ll try doing that much cocaine again. It may not quite kill me this time.

“If I lie something I do it forever in large amounts. I never tried smoking crack. I wonder what that’s like. Get me a fu*king bag bigger than my house full of crack! Then I’ll sit there and smoke it until I die. I can’t do anything in moderation.”

Ozzy, who also reveals that in AA meetings he goes by the name of John because he doesn’t want the other addicts to think he’s acting the big shot, also insists he’s still working class despite living in Beverly Hills with a Bentley parked in the drive and millions sitting pretty in the bank.

Finally, in a moment of stunning clarity and unflinching honesty, Ozzy admits that his Prince of Darkness act has an element of truth to it.

“I’ve done some bad things in my life. I’ve never got into a situation where I consciously go, ‘I’m going to fu*k him – or her – over’, but sometimes it happened that way.”
