WWE News: Another Huge Stipulation Added To Survivor Series Main Event

Survivor Series will be nothing short of spectacular come Sunday night in St. Louis, Missouri. Triple H and Stephanie McMahon will put their team, Team Authority, against 15-time WWE champion John Cena and his team of renegade-outlaws. Dolph Ziggler, the Big Show, Erick Rowan and Ryback round out Team Cena. Team Authority is led by Seth Rollins alongside Kane, Mark Henry, Rusev and Luke Harper. Therefore, both teams are now set for WWE’s Survivor Series main event.

Before the teams were made official, Vince McMahon made his outrageous return to WWE television and gave the Authority a stipulation that got into the heads of HHH and Stephanie. If the Authority’s team loses at Survivor Series, they will no longer be in charge of the WWE. Clearly, when Vince returns, he must make an emphatic statement that could shake up the entire WWE.

On the Friday Night Smackdown tapings that just took place earlier tonight and another bombshell was dropped before the Survivor Series pay-per-view.

Triple H will announce on this Friday’s WWE SmackDown that if Team Cena loses at Survivor Series, John Cena, Big Show, Ryback, Erick Rowan and Dolph Ziggler will be fired.

As noted, Vince McMahon previously announced that if Team Authority loses at Survivor Series, The Authority will no longer be in power.

With that stipulation now in place, that nearly guarantees the winner of the main event of Survivor Series. How can the WWE justify five wrestlers getting fired? Those five men are big players in the WWE and don’t forget, there isn’t a face that can carry the company without those five gone. Dean Ambrose could, but he’s enticed with a feud with Bray Wyatt that the fans do not want to see end so quickly.

Does this bother you as a fan and in obvious anticipation for the main event to come? Personally, the element of surprise is best-suited for professional wrestling, as past history has proven that to be fact most of the time. For example, when Rowan came out to be on Cena’s team Monday night, the crowd popped the loudest all night. Yes that’s right, they popped for Rowan.

Moments that catch the WWE Universe off-guard are moments to always remember. Granted, the fact that Rowan is on Cena’s team doesn’t change the course of WWE history, but it does show a time when the WWE fans were surprised and they reacted in an appropriate manner. If you give the WWE fans something unexpected, more success will come. Survivor Series must deliver the way it was promoted to be, especially with this new stipulation in place.
