A two-minute video showing how adorable these baby elephants really are will put a smile on your face, as you struggle to get through this dreary Monday. What can be better than a cute animal video to make you smile? We’re not sure, but this one should do the trick.

Who knew that baby elephants could be so awkward and uncoordinated as they learn how to use their different body parts. Their grown up versions are much more graceful, as they seem to move their huge floppy ears in unison with the rest of their gigantic selves.

Elephants are some of the biggest and most powerful animals on the planet, but not so much when they are young calves. As they manage with the use of the trunk and other limbs they can be very funny to look at.

You can see how at first, the baby elephants are hesitant to jump a short distance, which later on in life they can cover without thinking about it twice. We also see how the adorable creatures get into all sorts of mischief while finding some man-made items, while in captivity.

But watching baby elephants play with items we create here on Earth is not the only funny thing to watch. When the mammals are in their own habitat they can also create a lot of trouble, while playing with other members of their family. Jumping on mom or dad for a piggy back ride that doesn’t happen or attempting to scratch themselves with an unstable trunk, it’ll make you giggle.
