Iggy Azalea Proves She’s So Fancy By Buying Selena Gomez’s Tazania Home For $3.45 Million

Rapper Iggy Azalea just got fancier!

Azalea and L.A. Lakers boyfriend Nick Young have purchased Selena Gomez’s house located in Tarzana for $3.45 million.

The eye-catching traditional-style mansion, with its front-facing bay windows, rests just beyond a stunning blue stone patio that contains a fountain. The house sits on close to an acre of privately gated grounds.

Once you enter through the houses red door the house opens up to a high ceiling foyer. The foyer leads off to dining room with a coffered ceiling and a living room with a large fireplace reports the Los Angeles Times.

The beautiful two-story home has a great room, a card room, a media room, six bedrooms, and nine bathrooms. In total, it has 6,630 square feet of living space.

The house also comes with a guesthouse, swimming pool, and spa.

Azalea, 24, released her first album, The New Classic, this year. The album has been a major success with hits “Fancy” and “Black Widow.” Azalea’s L.A. Laker boyfriend, Nick Young, joined the Lakers just last year. He started his pro career back in 2007 with the Washington Wizards. He has also played for the L.A. Clippers and Philadelphia 76ers.

Selena Gomez, 22, former Disney darling, released her first solo album, Stars Dance, last year. She stars in two movies this year, Rudderless and Behaving Badly.

Azalea and Young’s new pad comes fully equipped with a full basketball court, Bocce Ball court, orchard, and pergola, reports Forbes.

Azalea’s new guesthouse features one bedroom, with its own kitchen, private entrance, barbecue pit, and spa, according to its listing on Zillow.

Gomez purchased the home in 2011 for $2.175 million. Gomez completely renovated the home and added 2,000 square feet. Variety reports that Gomez has moved on to a larger home in Calabass, California.

Young, was recently interviewed by DuJour Magazine, where he opened up about his feelings about tying the knot with Azalea.

“Growing up I always wanted to be married and have a family, and it’s difficult. I ask [my parents] every day how they do it. It’s a process. Me and Iggy just bought a house. We’ve been getting really close lately. I’ve never been with somebody like this. So, I’m taking it as a challenge,” Nick said.

Azalea and Young have been dating since 2013.

Azalea and Young are the new faces of American fashion giant Forever 21. Azalea made the announcement on Instagram. Azalea has already posed for a holiday-themed photoshoot. Forever 21 just opened its first Australian store in Brisbane, and has announced that it will open a second store in Sydney sometime in December.

Azalea, who is from Australia, has firmly planted herself as a fashion icon. She has even hosted MTV’s House of Style. Now Azalea and Young will be setting new trends in their new home.
