Jak & Daxter HD Collection announced, trailer released

Naughty Dog co-president Evan Wells took to the PlayStation Blog today to announce that a Jak & Daxter HD Collection is in the works, and it will release as soon as February of next year.

The collection will include three “fan favorite” Jak & Daxter titles – Jak & Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, Jak II, and Jak 3. All three titles are being remastered in 720p by developer Mass Media under supervision from Naughty Dog.

In addition to receiving a bump in resolution, all three titles will have that whole stereoscopic 3D thing that Sony seems to be fond of so much, and the obligatory inclusion of trophies.
