Mama June Virginity: June Shannon Admits She Lost Her Virginity At 12, Dated Older Men As A Teen

Mama June lost her virginity at age 12. According to Fox News, the former reality star revealed that she’s had a very interesting past when it comes to men, which could maybe explain why she has dated at least two sex offenders (one of whom fathered one of her kids, and the other whom molested another one of her kids). June Shannon said that she lost her virginity with a former classmate, and that she didn’t even know what she was doing at the time. She also said that she often dated older men because she was seeking attention.

“I had no idea what it was, how to whatever. And then it kind of escalated from there. I was dating men who were in their 20s and 30s. I was just honestly looking for the attention I wasn’t getting at home,” June said during her candid interview with Entertainment Tonight.

Mama June’s virginity confession is shocking to some people, but to others, it’s not surprising at all. Since the sex offender scandal that has essentially ruined her reputation, and her main source of income (TLC canceled Here Comes Honey Boo Boo), June hasn’t been the most popular person in the world to say the very least.

According to the Celebrity Cafe, June Shannon even admitted that she didn’t believe that her on-again boyfriend Mark McDaniel molested Anna. She thought that Anna made up the whole story. And now, even though June believes Anna, she is still dating Mark, which, to many, is baffling.

“I don’t think that my sexual experiences at a young age makes anything different than what Anna went through. It doesn’t make it any better… You don’t think somebody you’ve been with for five years would do anything like that honestly,” June said about finally believing that McDaniel molested her oldest daughter, Anna.

Mama June doesn’t think losing her virginity at age 12 changed her life in any way, and while she says that she was never molested or sexually abused, some would argue that having sex at such a young age is a form of sexual abuse.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, there was some chatter about McDaniel fathering one of June’s kids, but evidently he didn’t. The mother of four admitted, however, that her daughter Pumpkin and her daughter, Jessica, have the same dad (who is also a registered sex offender). This means that Mike “Sugar Bear” Thompson only fathered one of June’s kids… Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson.
