Bethenny Frankel Admits To Falling Off The Yoga Wagon

Bethenny Frankel has managed to keep a somewhat low profile since wrapping up her talk show, Bethenny, this past spring. Of course, she has been dealing with her divorce from Jason Hoppy, and she has been a hands-on mother with Bryn, taking her to school, dance class, and even trick-or-treating on Halloween.

Bethenny Frankel announced a few weeks ago that she would be returning to The Real Housewives of New York. Fans have missed her since she decided to leave the show behind after the third season to pursue her own reality show. And after she announced this return, she released three additional products for her business and brand. With such a busy schedule, something has to go.

According to a new tweet, Bethenny Frankel is now revealing that she hasn’t been working out as much lately, even though doing yoga is such a big part of her business brand, Skinnygirl. But as she announced this news, she also revealed that she still sticks by her motto, “Do what you can.”

It is admirable that Bethenny Frankel is sharing this news with her fans, since she is very diligent with her exercises and her eating habits. On her website, Frankel is often sharing healthy recipes, dips, and fun party tricks to encourage people to live the Skinnygirl lifestyle.

But Bethenny Frankel could also be falling off her yoga wagon because of a stressful filming schedule. Frankel has supposedly admitted that she is having trouble sleeping, which could be linked to being stressed out. Usually, yoga helps with a stressful lifestyle, but it sounds like she doesn’t have 20 minutes to roll out the mat and relax a little.

Since announcing her return to The Real Housewives of New York, Bethenny released several products. For one, she published her first children’s book, Cookie Meets Peanut, which was a story inspired by her own dog meeting Bryn when she was born.

Bethenny Frankel also released a line of home blenders that are meant to inspire people to live a healthy lifestyle. According to the Inquisitr, Frankel had additional products available, as she started offering a line of dips, fully branded with her Skinnygirl logo. It is possible that this new season of The Real Housewives of New York could be about Bethenny growing and marketing her business.
