Yolanda Foster Celebrates Wedding Anniversary: Ex-Husband Makes History

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster has revealed why her marriage to Mohammed Hadid didn’t work. He had a wandering eye and as Yolanda puts it, staying faithful was not one of his strong suits. But the two managed to divorce amicably because they have children together. The two have filmed several scenes together for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, as Foster continues to work as an interior designer for him.

Yolanda Foster has an amicable relationship with her ex-husband, something that David Foster only supports. David met Yolanda through Mohammed. And while David may not have planned to marry Yolanda, things worked out great for them.

According to a new Bravo report, Yolanda Foster celebrated her wedding anniversary this weekend. And while she was showering her Instagram followers with pictures from the nuptials, her ex-husband was making headlines for a different reason. He supposedly just made history in the real-estate world.

Hadid is behind the most expensive listing in the Beverly Hills market. It is being listed for $195 million. And for that sum, buyers get 12 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms, which sit on 25 acres. Apparently, this is the most expensive property in the United States at present time. Mohammed had a vision and he worked with architect Bob Ray Offenhauser and designer Alberto Pinto to make this vision a reality.

But this hasn’t been an easy project, which is probably why it hasn’t been featured on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. It has cost close to $25 million in addition to the property and it has taken a full eight years to complete in pure renovations. The property is now called “The Palace.”

Real-estate agents Joyce Rey and Stacy Gottula describe it as “a residence that defines privilege and grace in the 21st century” and “a masterpiece of design in an incomparable location.”

As for Yolanda Foster, it doesn’t sound like she has been working on the project. If the project has been in development for eight years, it is possible that they were married when Mohammed started working on the vision. In addition, it is possible that Yolanda has offered some advice along the way.

According to the Inquisitr, Yolanda Foster has been filming this new season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and she is starting to learn the difference between real friends and Hollywood friends. Last year, she was questioning which category Lisa Vanderpump fell into, but she may be learning the truth now.
