Michael Jackson Left Behind An Intriguing Array Of Drawings That Could Help Understand His Pain And Struggle

Michael Jackson was undoubtedly one of the biggest music icons of all times. However, just all great performers, he too suffered from multiple mental illnesses. While many speculate that it was these troubles that helped him pen and create one of the all-time-popular musical chart-busters, a set of drawings and caricatures created by Michael have surfaced recently. Experts believe that these hand-drawn images could shed some light into the secret troubles Michael suffered from.

As reported by Radar Online, the images and paintings by Michael Jackson have been bought by Joe Brat, a Florida man, who hopes to build a treatment center for the emotionally and mentally troubled, from the sale of these never-before-seen drawings. Analyzed by a Los Angeles art therapist, who has never met the king of pop, these drawings, claim the doctor, shed light on the most intimate and troubling aspects of Michael Jackson.

Majority of the artwork created by Michael Jackson, seem to indicate he was acutely aware of his advancing age. This might explain why he was so obsessed with plastic surgery and Botox treatments. These cosmetic surgeries helped Michael to appear and in many cases, feel younger. Right before his rather untimely death, Michael had sought treatment from his long-time cosmetic doctor Dr. Arnie Klein.

Other drawings strongly indicate that he suffered from severe bouts of anxiety and felt sudden drain of energy. The images suggest Michael Jackson was seeking treatment and medication for wide variety of common mental illnesses like depression and insecurity. Surprisingly, the pop-star who could weave magic with his strong lyrics, may also be suffering from seemingly insurmountable communication hurdles. The psychiatrist shared Michael Jackson suffered heavily due to his apparent inability to communicate information, needs, wants or desires.

All in all, most of the images seemed to suggest that Michael Jackson, despite his age, still felt and many-a-times displayed an innocence that is normally reserved for toddlers and pre-adolescent teenagers. However, poor Michael was acutely aware that he was ageing and he didn’t like it one bit. These traits seem to correlate to his characteristic affiliation with and fondness of kids. Michael regularly hung out with kids at his Neverland ranch and that has got him on the wrong side of the law multiple times.

Some of his paintings seem to indicate that Michael Jackson, despite being adored and worshiped by millions across the world, felt alone and was desperately seeking for intimate companionship.
