Jennifer Aniston Reveals That She Feels ‘More Confident’ At 45 Than Ever Before

Jennifer Aniston revealed in a recent interview that at 45, life is pretty good, and the Friends star feels more stable and confident than ever before.

In the interview, given to Access Hollywood’s Liz Hernandez, Aniston revealed that her new-found confidence is down to a perfect balance of work and personal life, which seems to be working a treat for her.

“Everything I’ve learned, life’s wonderful gifts, roadblocks, joys, ups, downs, everything is just – it’s true, youth is wasted on the young. There’s no doubt about it. I look at all of my girlfriends and friends, and I think we’re all becoming more and more in our bodies.”

When she was asked by Hernandez, “Do you feel more confident now than ever?” Jennifer replied, “Yeah, for sure. 100 percent.”

Apparently, Jennifer Aniston’s fiancé, Justin Theroux, helps provide a lot of the much-needed stability and direction that Aniston seeks in her life, “He is a beautiful equalizer. He’s a really beautiful, wonderful partner, yes. He’s quite special.”

Following the usual tabloid rumors, alleging that a break-up was already in the cards between the celebrity couple, Jennifer said she feels that she and Justin are so “uninteresting” and that certain media outlets should concentrate on real stories and not fake rumors.

I think we’re just so uninteresting, we don’t do anything, that there’s no real narrative other than that to sort of slap onto us. Then, once we do [marry], then it’s gonna be –well, it [already] is the babies. I mean, it’s comical!

Nevertheless, what with Jennifer’s latest project, keeping busy with Horrible Bosses 2 as well as her role in Cake, life is great at the moment.

“It’s absolutely one of the happiest times in my life,” she said.

It’s good to hear that Jennifer Aniston is happy with her life and reportedly doing well, especially as news about celebrities is so often negative. Let’s hope her path to marriage with Justin is equally as happy and simple.
